• Device identifiers, operating system version, and app version
• Usage data — screens visited, features used, session duration

• IP address and general location (not precise GPS location)

• Market data from authorised data providers for portfolio valuation purposes

• Analyse usage patterns to enhance the user experience

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Sharing your information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your authorised financial institutions — to execute transactions, access portfolio data, or fulfil advisory mandates on your behalf
• With regulatory bodies — AMFI, IRDAI, SEBI, income tax authorities, and other regulators where required by law
• With service providers — technology, hosting, and security providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
• In a business transfer — if RYS is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may be transferred; we will notify you before this occurs
• With your consent — in any other circumstance only with your explicit written consent

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

Permissions requested: The RYS Private Wealth App may request the following device permissions:

• Face ID / Touch ID — for secure authentication. Biometric data is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Camera — only if you choose to upload documents through the App for KYC purposes.

Analytics: The App uses analytics tools to understand how features are used and improve performance. This data is anonymised and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify individual users.

Third-party SDKs: The App may include third-party software development kits for analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing. These are subject to their own privacy policies. We only use SDKs from providers who meet our security and privacy standards.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We use:
